By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
- Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name to create and manage your account.
- Profile Data: Profile information you choose to provide, such as your username.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including quizzes attempted, scores, quiz history, progress data, and leaderboard rankings.
- Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality and analytics.
- Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more details.
We use the collected information to:
- Create and manage your user account
- Provide quiz, mock test, revision, and practice features
- Track your learning progress and display performance analytics
- Maintain leaderboards and battlefield (PvP quiz) rankings
- Deliver eBooks, PDF study materials, and current affairs content
- Display advertisements through Google AdMob
- Send notifications about upcoming quizzes and new content
- Improve app performance and user experience
- Provide customer support
3. Data Storage & Security
- We use Supabase as our backend service to securely store your account and quiz data. Supabase uses industry-standard encryption and security practices.
- Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
- While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
7. Data Retention
- We retain your account data and quiz history for as long as your account is active.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
- Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the App
- Update your account information through the App’s profile settings
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
- Opt-out of personalized ads through your device’s ad settings
9. Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly from within the EduSlayer app.
Steps to delete your account:
- Open the EduSlayer app
- Go to the Profile section
- Tap on the menu (three dots) in the top corner
- Select “Delete Account”
- Confirm your account deletion
What happens after deletion:
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- All personal data (including email, username, quiz progress, and leaderboard data) will be removed
- This action cannot be undone
Data Retention after deletion:
- Some minimal data may be retained for up to 30 days for security and legal purposes, after which it is permanently deleted
10. Advertising
- We use Google AdMob to display ads within the App.
- Some quiz sets are unlocked by watching rewarded video ads.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
